If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email us at adinkracharms@cynirje.com. Once your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at:

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it. We stand behind every piece we send.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: personalized or custom orders, sale items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before initiating a return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original piece through the standard process above. Once the return is received and approved, you're welcome to place a new order for the item you'd like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.
