Processing Time
All orders require 2–3 business days of processing before shipment. This time allows us to carefully prepare and package your order. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. The method you select at checkout determines your delivery window. Please note that expedited or express options apply after processing — not from the date of purchase.
Domestic (U.S.)
Standard: 3–5 business days after processing.
Express: 1–2 business days after processing.
International
DHL Express and other international carriers typically deliver within 2–4 business days after processing. Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & International Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their local government. These charges are outside of our control and vary by destination.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend ordering well in advance.
Cancellations & Shipping Fees
